About duplicate credit card payments For inquiries

For those on monthly courses, the billing timing has changed after October 1, 2023 (Sunday).

If you have been using the monthly plan since September 2023 or earlier, two months' worth (= usage in September 2023/ usage in October 2023) will be debited at once.
The situation in which two months' worth of money was debited in October 2023 is normal and is not a billing error, so it will not be refunded.
Please rest assured that this is not a double charge.

From November onwards, only one usage date will be displayed around the 5th of the month (usage date: November 5th).
